Welcome to DaySeven Training's  STAR Skills & Needs Assessment. The purpose of this Assessment is to understand your individual competencies in relation to your current Job Function(s).

The outcomes of this Assessment will be used purely to support Personal Development and Develop appropriate Training & Skills Development Interventions.

It is not intended to, and will not be used to, disadvantage any Employee/Individual within an Organisation as regards to current and future Career Opportunities.

Kindly answer all the questions Openly and Honestly. There are no correct and/or wrong responses as the questioins relate to you as an Individual and the responses will not be the same for all Individuals.

Voluntary participation, anonymity, and data protection

Your participation in the survey is voluntary and anonymous. No identifying personal data will be collected. You will be provided with a unique link via email to complete the questionnaire. Once completed please ensure that you submit your survey and get a confirmation of submission.

All persons involved in  organising and conducting this assessment have signed a confidentiality agreement and they will take all measures necessary to ensure the protection and prevent the misuse of all data collected in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPI Act).

Data from the assessment will be aggregated and also presented as individual responses to your organisation. All responses will be retained for the minimum period required by Law.
